Mental Health Support Lines.

Approximately 1 in 4 people in the UK will experience mental health issues such as anxiety and depression every week. However only 1 in 8 people will reach out and receive the necessary support. It is important to know that if you ever experience any of these mental health problems that you are not alone and reaching out and talking to someone is the best thing you can do to help yourself. Attached below is a list of contact numbers that provide support to children, teenagers, and adults. If you or somebody that you know is suffering with mental health, then please make these contact numbers known.
