This service is to ensure that people across our region have equal access to cancer support services . Cancer can cause physical, emotional and financial challenges. The Big Purple Bus Service bring healthcare professionals and advisors to the community, making it easier than ever to access support. The Big Purple Bus offers; One to One support, Welfare advice and Friendly faces and a welcoming environment.
