You may get help sooner if you use the services below. You do not need to see a GP first.

Sheffield IAPT

Sheffield IAPT service provide a range of short-term talking therapies that are available to help anyone (aged 18 or over who lives or works in Sheffield) experiencing stress, anxiety and depression.

The service is free for anyone registered with a GP Surgery in Sheffield.
